I really hate complaining, and honestly, my stay at Smart Station Hotel wasn't entirely bad... The staff were genuinely sweet, breakfast was surprisingly lovely, and the price and location were honestly a steal! I completely understand it's an older property, and with such budget-friendly rates, I really shouldn't be asking for too much. But... I couldn't help feeling a little heartbroken. There was zero hot water for showers, not even a hairdryer, and worst of all, my little room was sharing space with silverfish and bedbugs... In my mind, those things usually mean a place should temporarily close down to fix things for guests, but maybe I'm just being overly sensitive since they’re still running happily? Still, it did kind of ruin my trip, which makes me so sad.

No elevator, but the front desk staff helped carry my luggage, which I really appreciated. They were very kind. Enjoyed my time in Naples!

Very clean hotel. Good furniture and plumbing. Friendly and welcoming staff. I hurt my leg on the way, and they helped me with medication. Everyone is responsive, and there's a very nice lady at the bar. Wonderful place. The location is perfect. I recommend it.

You will get what is written in the description. The hotel is located on a dirty street, the view from the window is not the best. But inside everything is not so bad. Quite clean, the staff is polite, the internet works. It is a pity that there is no microwave or at least a kettle. For me, the mattress was too soft and it was a little noisy in the morning. The lock on the door stuck a little. There are no special comments about the hotel, if you do not plan to live there for a long time. For a couple of days it is fine.
