Really close to the train station. After certain time there’s no reception, so make sure to arrange in advance your check in to get the codes and room number. Our room had amazing air conditioning, really needed during summer in Naples and a great view. The check out was easy as well as paying the tourist fee.

Strange front desk operations, with no communication or follow-up. I tried to contact them several times before arrival, but it was all in vain.

The location is great. It's a bit inconvenient that there's no 24-hour check-in/out desk. The elevator is really slow.

It would be better to have a bottle of water in the room, there was also a kettle but no cups to drink coffee. Overall it was ok and normal for the price

The front desk staff come and go as they please, and the location is an absolute disaster, like a ghetto. It's extremely loud, making it almost impossible to sleep.

Typical Italian breakfast at the cafe, molto bene. All communication via WhatsApp, including door codes – impersonal but efficient. Annoying, though, with frequent emails and messages about tour offers, etc. Renovated bathroom, basic room amenities. The elevator to the 5th floor worked.

Almost no face-to-face service at all. Luckily I read from other reviews on Trip that you can do online check-in via WhatsApp, otherwise we probably would've had to wait outside the hotel for quite a while. There were some issues with the first room, but the manager agreed to change it for us. Overall, it was okay

Great location but the neighborhood could be complicated during the night, you can hear what other people are doing in other rooms
