When we arrived with the airplane we first had to go to the reception whivh was at a different location than the hotel we had a terrible experience at the reception with the service they didnt try to help us at all and they were rude. They also told us about taxes which we didnt get informed for before the trip. But the excursion it self was nice if we forget about tge service reception part..

Room bit small but thats not the case stayed for 1 night, quit room clean and tidy, friendly staff

They cause more trouble than a one-night stay is worth. Do not give these people a deposit; I'm still waiting for my refund two months later.

It's a terrible reservation. There is hidden consumption, and it's even more expensive than the room rate. It's called cleaning fee, and I have to pay a deposit of 200 euros for check-in. It's very unreasonable. They haven't refunded my deposit so far. The place of stay and the place of check-in are completely different. Bad reviews. I won't come again.

We went and there was no reception nearby and there was a hotel that looked like an old building. It's not the one in the photos. Plus, we paid and didn't stay and no one refunded us, so for me it's worth 0.

First, the hotel check-in location wasn't what the platform showed. It was a kilometer away. The hotel isn't located by the sea, but on the road near the train station. It's a long way off, in a cold, damp courtyard. There's no elevator, so I had to drag my suitcases back and forth. Secondly, upon entering the hotel, there was a lingering, unpleasant smell of disinfectant. The room was incredibly small, nothing like the photos. The facilities were outdated, and the title was a deceptive gimmick. The hotel should be removed from the listing. Especially since the platform said 23 euros in taxes should be paid offline, but it was actually 52 euros, a mandatory payment. It's even more expensive than the room rate. This is a crappy hotel. It should be removed from the listing and closed down as soon as possible. I can't upload pictures. It's absolutely terrible!

First, the pros: the room was just like the pictures, quite spacious and clean, and the location was great, with convenient transportation. The cons: I booked three nights for €86 after a discount, which I initially thought was a great deal. However, on check-in day, everything turned out very unpleasant. First, the check-in and check-out areas were not the same, about a kilometer apart. Also, the reception didn't open until after 10 am, which was completely unexpected unless you carefully checked your booking information. I dragged my luggage for 20 minutes to get there, only to be told that check-in had to be after 3 pm, and luggage storage cost €4 per bag. Furthermore, when checking in, they demanded €64, claiming it was for cleaning fees, taxes, etc., almost equal to my room rate, and they only accepted cash. In addition, there was a €200 deposit, refundable after 15 working days, which only accepted credit cards. The front desk staff were extremely impatient, their English was poor, and they ignored me if I asked too many questions; they just wanted money. Moreover, during my three-day stay, my bath towel was never changed. Every day, the room cleaning consisted of tidying up the bed and replenishing toiletries.

Deposit never returned, unacceptable behavior I stayed at Al Campanile H Napoli from April 1 to 3, 2025. Upon check-in, I was asked for a €200 deposit, with the promise that it would be returned within 30 days. To date, after more than 45 days, I have received nothing and the property has completely avoided any responsibility or communication. I have sent formal reminders, without any concrete response. This behavior is unacceptable and incorrect, as well as potentially illegal. I have reported the case to the Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) and am taking steps to report the incident to the police. I strongly advise against this property: withholding customers' money without justification is an intolerable practice. Be very careful if you decide to book: demand everything in writing and document every transaction.

Try to choose other hotels

I have been waiting for the deposit to be returned for 2 and a half months. I can't contact the hotel except through trip.com and every time they say to wait. I will have to leave the resolution of this problem to a lawyer soon.
