The location is quite remote and far away from town centre. It is situated in an industrial area with little human traffic or activity. The room is generally clean and tidy.

Absolutely horrible hotel! Would highly NOT recommend. The maintenance staff was lovely but the same can not be said for any of the Front desk staff members. Our room provided to us was a handicap room, that had dirty pillows and additionally there was a horrible fly issue throughout the room. When front desk were asked to assist, they emphasized the fact they could do absolutely nothing to help. Not even move us to another room even though the hotel was completely empty.

There is nothing wrong with it except that the location is a bit remote. The sunset view from the rooftop restaurant is beautiful.

The accommodation is spacious, but some rooms facing the road are a bit noisy.

Not recommended unless you want to live near China Commodity City. The facilities are like domestic entertainment venues. The front desk is not friendly. The parking lot is not inside the hotel. You need to park, but it is only 100 meters away.

The room is nice and clean, but there is nothing around. It is inconvenient to eat and go out. The most important thing is that there is a bar on the rooftop. They dance all night long without sleeping, and there are drunk guests who run around in the corridor. Not recommended

I am very satisfied with this hotel during this trip. The location is average but the hotel has several shuttle buses to the city center every day. The hotel can also help call a taxi at a more favorable price. You can see the volcano from your room! The service is also very good. It's rare to have a real star experience. The breakfast is also great! Already recommended to several friends. However, for those who are inconvenient to go out at night and want to dine in the hotel, the restaurant has slightly fewer choices.

The room is big and clean

The hotel was changed without a word! The manager said I didn't have to pay the city tax because I was pretty, so I moved to another hotel! But when I checked out, the hotel told me to pay city tax!
