I chose this hotel because it's close to the station. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. This was my second stay, and I'd definitely like to come back again.

The service was excellent; the staff spoke Chinese. The front desk offered a variety of complimentary toiletries and small wellness products to help relieve fatigue. The room was clean and hygienic, and there's a bus terminal right outside that goes in all directions, which is super convenient.

Booked this hotel through Trip which was a godsend. The hotel that I booked through ******* was screwed up big time by ******* because the hotel didn't receive the reservation apparently. ******* was not helpful with the relocation (even thought there were availability at other hotels), claiming the hotel class are different from the one I booked. Anyways this hotel is convenient and clean, only thing that I disliked was the site mentioned double bed BUT only can accommodate 1 person!? Ended we have to pay additional ¥3k for the 3rd person (my youngest daughter) for 2 rooms. 1 room for myself and the other for both daughters because the manager was adamant about the 1 room per person, however after paying the additional ¥3k he was ok with 2 persons in a room. Didn't make sense unless I was explained it is some government regulations to allow only 1 double bed room for 1 person

My trip to Japan was so enjoyable largely because of this hotel! I was initially worried about the two Superhotels, but this one was fantastic! It's right across from the JR station, and the staff at the front desk all speak Chinese, and I heard they also speak Korean, Japanese, and English—amazing! Communication was completely seamless. During check-in, they explained everything in detail, including pillows, pajamas, combs, shampoo, and more! The breakfast was delicious and very Japanese, and I noticed many Japanese people choose to stay here, which was really great. Nara Park is also within walking distance. Overall, I had a wonderful time. I've already recommended it to everyone I know, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kansai—it's even cheaper than others! The rooms are small, but that seems to be a common problem with Japanese hotels.

As always, the hotel staff provided excellent service: they provided a map and explained everything. The hotel is very conveniently located, with easy access to the train station, shopping streets, and the deer park. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and there were unlimited drinks, which unfortunately were closed in the evening. The room was decent, but the toilet and shower were a minor drawback.
