We stayed here for two weeks to do slow traveling jn Nara. Was very peaceful. The view was good in the moderate double room. Pretty impressive shower and also unique. Washed and dry cloth for 600 yen. Get to put our clothes in their downstairs locker room after check out. No problem at all during our stay.

This hotel is excellent, right next to Nara Station, just a few minutes' walk to the shopping street, making dining, drinking, and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also not far from Nara Park, Todai-ji Temple, and Kasuga Taisha Shrine; you just need to walk through the shopping street to get there. The front desk staff are warm and professional, and the room facilities are very new, clean, and tidy. The breakfast is extensive, and they even had lychees! As for the price, it's absolutely fantastic value – you get four-star facilities and service for a three-star price.

The bed is a bit hard but comfortable !! The blankets are a bit hard to adjust tho. The card placement is also okay & the convenience store is near so it's easy to grab something to chew & drink. Though i have to complain about the buttons of the toilet bowl not working well

Facilities: The air conditioning was terrible, didn't cool down for hours, and there was no maintenance staff. The room was so stuffy! Service: One of the male staff at the front desk had a terrible attitude and poor communication skills! I was treated unfairly. They refused to fix it or change my room. After several hours, maintenance finally came, and the air conditioner was clogged with dust and various debris. I hope they improve their service quality! Breakfast: Very poor, with limited options and repetitive food! Environment: Average! Cleanliness: Average!

The hotel is visible right from the subway exit, and public transport nearby is very convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs.
