The hotel was amazing, perfectly located with gorgeous rooms. The service was great too. But, this one guy at check-in flipped through my passport pages way too much, which was kinda weird.  Other than that, everything else was top-notch.

Located in the heart of the CBD area, it was lovely to arrive at the Guoshou Narada hotel - great location, short walk to the MIXC mall and the surrounding areas are very clean and safe. Everyone, from the concierge, upon my arrival, to my check-in (with Mr. Lawrence Meng) at the front desk, was very attentive, welcoming and professional...

Since I was only able to stay for three nights, Mr. Lawrence was incredibly thoughtful and offered me a free breakfast. My room was spacious, spotless and incredibly comfortable.

I can honestly say that every encounter I had with staff at the Guoshou Narada was enjoyable, professional and welcoming. I could not be happier with the quality of the rooms and the amazing service I received throughout my stay.

Came to Hangzhou to attend CP, and found this newly opened hotel near the Convention and Exhibition Center. It has a beautiful environment, advanced facilities, large rooms, and delicious breakfast. Xiaogu's service is very thoughtful, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The room is clean and hygienic, and the transportation is convenient. It is also close to the shopping mall. When checking out, they also gave me a souvenir. It was a very satisfactory accommodation experience! I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel is nice, the room is clean, and it is located in Tangqi Town, very close to the ancient town. It is also quite quiet. In particular, the lady at the front desk named Liu Juan is very enthusiastic and the introduction of the surrounding attractions is also very detailed. I will come again next time

I stayed in the hotel with my family on May Day. This hotel is very big and tall. The front desk was also very enthusiastic. Check-in was very fast. I ordered two breakfasts. The front desk applied for free breakfast for the children when a family of three checked in. A fruit platter was also given in the room. It was quite considerate. The hotel has four elevators, which are fast and stable. You can only swipe your card to ride. It is very safe and private, and you don't have to worry about strangers breaking in. The room is very big, 26 square meters... It is clean and hygienic, without any odor. My son is quite satisfied and great! There are many facilities for fun in the hotel, such as cinemas, foot massage parlors, KTV, etc. There is also a billiard room next to it, and a large Hualian supermarket. There are also many places to eat next to it, so you don't have to worry about eating, drinking and having fun! Very 👍🏻 hotel. I will stay there again if I have the chance! ! !

The hotel is a five or six minute walk from Wenlan Bridge and about a 15-minute walk from the core area for watching Longyou Gongshui bamboo rafts and iron flower making. The hotel room is comfortable, the staff (Jiang Shuang, etc.) are warm and thoughtful, and they gave us Gongcha souvenirs upon entering the store, and upgraded the room to an executive room. The room is clean, with a wide view and a comfortable bed. I spent a pleasant night in Xuan'en.
