The front desk staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was a good size, which I appreciated! The pajamas were warm, the bed was comfortable, and the security was excellent, making for a very pleasant stay.

I stayed here alone for a concert at Makuhari Messe! It was super clean and there's a convenience store about a 5-10 minute walk away. Getting to Makuhari Messe was also incredibly convenient – just a 3-minute walk to the station and then one stop away! 🎶🎶

If you are wanting to do something near the hotel location then I’m sure it’s perfect for a night or two. We stayed for 1 night and it was a last minute booking. We arrived at 8pm. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. They helped us with the car parking which was ¥1000 for the night. Let them know at reception and they will ask for your car registration. They’ll give you a QR code to scan before you leave in the morning. Our room was tiny and we could hear the highway next to the hotel, there was one pillow each side and the beds were small. Bedsheets were light and the draft from the window was enough to make the room feel cold. TV was massive for the room size and in an awkward position, by the side of the bed. No smart tv apps but it did let you mirror YouTube on iPhone. Netflix doesn’t mirror. You can help yourself to amenities at the front desk. The elevators are very small and can hold 2-3 people comfortably. Overall average hotel does the night but you wouldn’t want to stay for longer periods. At least not in the room we were in.

This was the perfect hotel to stay at for the price! It was a short subway ride to Disneyland, which was our main purpose for being in Tokyo this trip. It was super easy to go next door to the station and hop on the subway. Our room for two people was tiny but that’s typical for hotels in Tokyo. It was perfect for what we needed though since we weren’t going to be hanging around there much.

There's nothing wrong with the room being small, but the bed is sandwiched between the wall and the TV isn't positioned where you can see it normally.

Although the small room I booked is only 11 square meters. But the hotel is very close to the tram station. After exiting Shin-Narashino Station, turn right and walk straight for about 3 minutes. The transportation is very convenient. There are English-speaking staff at the front desk, and the check-in process is not troublesome. The hotel environment is also very good. Clean and odorless. Although the plane is small, it is also equipped with a small refrigerator. 👍🏻👍🏻

The room layout was unpleasant and old; although it was close to the subway station, it still felt remote, and I rarely went out at night; I booked a twin room, but there was an extra charge for two people, and I had to buy my own breakfast vouchers, but they didn't give me receipts for these; you have to pay for the room in advance, and they won't give you a refund if your itinerary changes, so there's absolutely no room for negotiation. You need to be more careful when booking a room!
