The overall environment is excellent and very clean, and the front desk service is great. The functional areas are well-defined. It would be even better if there was a public lounge or dining area.

Trip.com is really starting to penalize loyal customers. I booked a room with breakfast for 447, and right after I confirmed the order, it dropped to 212, also with breakfast. The instant price drop after booking was already quite annoying. After checking in, the 'breakfast included' turned out to be a Starbucks card worth 1000 JPY. I asked the front desk where I could use it, and they said 'on the first floor.' When I went down to the Starbucks on the first floor, it was just a small counter, only serving coffee and drinks, no sandwiches or other main breakfast items. Who can drink 1000 JPY worth of coffee first thing in the morning? I asked the Starbucks staff if there were other places to use the card, and they said 'any Starbucks in the airport.' So, after clearing customs, I searched for another Starbucks but couldn't find one anywhere. I ended up bringing the 1000 JPY voucher home in my pocket. And then I had to go find another place to eat breakfast. 😓

The location isn't far from T2, and the environment is clean and quiet. I recommend staying here. If you can't find the hotel from T2, you can ask at the information desk. Also, you can get earplugs when you check in to help with sleep quality.
