There is a shuttle bus to Narita airport, so the location is not bad. The room is clean and kind of big. The bed is too soft. Everything is fine, and is a choice if you need to stay at Narita.

Relaxing spacious room. Main entrance area nice Christmas decor. Breakfast was good with a mix of western and Japanese options. Meet Hilton name. DiDi 2700¥ to hotel. Need to know hotel provide airport transfers pick up outside T3 bus stop (turn right)

My first time staying at a Hilton in Japan, and the hotel exceeded my expectations – it was incredibly spacious! The service was also excellent, and the front desk even had staff who spoke Chinese. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle.

Breakfast was below Hilton standard. To pay for the pool in a hotel is a no go. Never experienced this. Even it's not mentioned that there is a extra feed for the pool

From the moment we got out of the car to unload our luggage, the service we received and the staff we interacted with, combined with the spacious and grand hotel lobby, all felt like the classic style of an old-school international high-end hotel – it felt very Hilton, very familiar, and very satisfying. We would like to compliment the staff Robin for making our stay most memorable. He helped us coordinate our 2 night stay due to flight changes as a result of bad weather. On top of it, he helped to make transport arrangements to the nearest hospital for a medical attention. Finally, it was a pleasant surprise from him to send an anniversary card personally to our room. Excellent service from the front line staff :)

The bathroom smelled, and the facilities were old. The buffet on the first floor was really bad and expensive. It was our first night in Japan, and I just wanted a good rest; I didn't have high expectations for the hotel, just something decent. Who knew it would be this terrible? The hotel is a bit old, but the room is generally well-maintained. This hotel is a decent option if you need to catch an early flight. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, although you could definitely feel its age. The bathroom, however, was quite outdated 🤣, and the toiletries and amenities were pretty much on par with a budget hotel. On the bright side, the towels and bath towels were surprisingly good quality.

Very good. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs with a wide variety of everything you could need. Everything was great, except for the shuttle bus taking a long, roundabout route.
