The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station, but it's uphill, which makes getting to the station with luggage very inconvenient. The airport shuttle is shared with two other hotels, and the schedule is infrequent, making it very inconvenient. Check-out is at 10 AM, and late check-out incurs a fee. The duvet cover is dark-colored, with a sheet layered inside, giving the impression that the cover isn't changed frequently. The sheet tends to bunch up while sleeping, making it feel quite dirty.

Our last stop in Japan was Narita Airport, a last-minute change due to flight issues. The hotel's location was excellent, and the hygiene was top-notch. We even discovered a hidden gem nearby – a temple and a food street! We were so lucky to witness a special prayer ceremony at the temple, which was very unique. Plus, we had pre-booked an Omakase Japanese meal, and it was absolutely delicious.

Room size is typical Japanese hotel room size. Quality is impeccable, hotel staff is very helpful, location is great, in the middle of the two train stations, room is very clean. The window glass and curtain is very good quality, it blocks out noise and light very well. I highly recommended this hotel.

staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is beside Narita station which is very convenient. The room is big, but the wall is bit dirty. Breakfast was good, few Japanese dishes to choose from. Drinks need to be improved, seems like the juice is made from powder.

It is so convenient! We just found the new shortcut elevator between the hotel and the subway, so wonderful! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay. This hotel is clean and bright with courteous and helpful staff. It is well located and there is a free bus service to and from Narita although it doesn’t go all that frequently. Trains are very nearby reachable on foot within a few minutes, also 24-hour convenience stores. There is free coffee in the lobby. The area is quiet and peaceful. Will surely visit it again.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a quick and easy check-in process. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. As two female travelers arriving in the early hours of the morning, we were incredibly relieved to find a convenience store nearby where we could grab some food! Getting to the airport from here was also super convenient.
