The front desk service was very good. The hot spring area was a bit small. There are vending machines on the fourth floor where you can pay online. There aren't many food options nearby, so remember to bring your own snacks. However, the value for money is good, and the room is very spacious. Just bring your own disposable bed sheets.

Conveniently located near Haneda Airport, with shuttle service available. Easy check-in even late at night. The front desk staff can communicate in multiple languages. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The room was clean and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay. I'm not sure if it's always available, but when I was there, a shuttle bus to the airport departed every hour, which was a great convenience. I've already recommended it to my family and I would definitely use this hotel again myself when flying from Narita.

Location wise is ok, there shuttle bus to airport but pickup from airport to hotel is not available. The hotel has public bath and see some japanese staying there enjoy this. No pyjamas provided. Hotel room is big and very cheap

It was further from the airport than I expected, and the shuttle service only had about 4 runs in the morning, so the taxi fare ended up being quite expensive. The room itself was spacious though.

I've been to Japan more than 20 times so far, but I've never had such a bad hotel. The building itself doesn't smell good and the room has mold. I don't understand how this hotel got a rating of 8 or higher. The bath was so shabby and old. I was deceived by the ratings and photos. It was so terrible

The room was spacious, and I really appreciated the separate sanitary area and bedroom, which made it very comfortable and convenient. Both the medium-sized public bath and the in-room bathroom were satisfying.

AIC was the closest hotel to Narita Airport. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and always willing to help. I felt very comfortable. and the room decoration is good. Traveling in Japan was more comfortable and easy than traveling in other countries. thank you
