Location is super and room it ok bed is comfortable but alittle bit small for 2person and no microwave in room another thing is ok and they have free shuttle bus to airport.

Nice hotel, near airport and good service. The Front desk staff were very accommodating specially with our request since my wife had a sprained foot during our stay.

It’s very close to JR Narita station which makes it so easy to go around.

Hotel is located on the quiet side of JR station. 7-Eleven & FamilyMart nearby. There is a linked overhead bridge to cross over to the other side for restaurants, AEON mall, erc. Room was ready for early check-in when we arrived at 1pm. Furnishing is dated but room was clean.

Hotel looks old but Perfect location. Near for transportation and tourist attractions… well recommended

Near station easy to transfer. Lobby able to communicate in English and good take care non well English speaker.

Very close to the train station, accessible via link bridge. 1-2 stops away from Narita Airport, and is walkable to Naritasan temple. There's free shuttle to Narita Airport too, though only twice in the mornings (7+ and 8+am, and twice in the evenings). Breakfast set is nice too. 7-11 is right across the road, and there's a family mart behind the hotel. Old hotel with dated decor, but has usual amenities and good service and friendly yet professional staff as usual. They provide yukata in the room to wear too! Front desk has staff that speaks good basic english. Only complaint is that the phone in our room kept ringing multiple times at odd hours of the night (around 1am, 2am and 4am) both nights we stayed there, but every time we picked up there was no one on the other end - just the beep beep beep tone, which was quite creepy. Asked front desk and they said it wasn't them. Overall not bad, has everything you'd need for a hotel, situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. Though not sure if would stay again due to the unnerving phone calls from no-one.

Ok , everything old but fine

Nice place to stay if you are taking flight from/to Narita. We arrived late at night, and had a great time spending one day in Narita too. Few places are within walking distance from the hotel. The room is clean, fit for two and the yukata they provided is so comfy. Took video of the room and no picture, unfortunately we cannot upload video here.

This is a great business hotel. The room was larger than an average business hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room offered all the amenities you could want. The staff were friendly and accommodating at both check in and check out. I took the breakfast for an additional ¥1200 which was a traditional Japanese breakfast which was fresh and delicious. There was also coffee, juice and milk and bread rolls with jam. The location is great for quick access to Narita terminals 1,2 & 3 being only a few minutes walk from the JR & Keisei Narita stations and is also a good location for sightseeing in the Narita area.

It’s an older hotel, but the rooms are very spacious! The location is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for families with small children.

Hotel is old but location is good, walking distance to Naritasan Omotesando. Located near Narita Stn, u can walk to the htl. Free shuttle bus to the airport provided. Overall happy with my stay!

Location was good, very close to Narita station. We took the train to and from Narita airport and couldn’t utilize their free shuttle due to scheduling problems. We would stay here again, good price and convenience to station.
