The room was spacious and spotless, making our stay very comfortable. The staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides convenient bus services to and from Narita Airport, which was especially appreciated during the cold winter weather.

The hotel staff were all very nice and had excellent customer service! The hotel was clean, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast area had a beautiful view from the window. A few days ago, I accidentally left my earphones at the hotel when I left. The hotel staff even asked the shuttle bus driver to bring them to the airport for me, but because I waited in the wrong place, I couldn't retrieve them. In the end, I took the shuttle bus back to get them and then took a taxi back. After getting into the taxi, the hotel staff were worried that I wouldn't be able to communicate with the driver, so they came out and explained my destination to him again for me. I am very grateful to all the hotel staff; everyone was very patient. I wish you all the best!

Clean and big room but no complimentary bottle water. There is a ice dispenser on my level and took the ice to melt as drinking water. The nearest convenient store is about 8 minutes walk to another hotel.

It's a pretty standard hotel. The room was a decent size, but both breakfast and dinner were quite ordinary. There aren't any restaurants nearby. Dinner, at 6000 yen (with a 10% discount for guests), was very poor value for money, mainly because there were only a few dishes and some cakes – just enough to fill your stomach.

Booked this for an early morning flight. It's a typical airport hotel, and the shuttle to the airport in the morning was very convenient. The soundproofing for the exterior windows is good, but the internal structure isn't soundproof or shock-absorbent. I could clearly hear conversations outside my door, and when heavy items dropped in the next room, my headboard would actually vibrate. It was fine for just one night.

About a 7-8 minute walk from T3, very convenient. Walked both ways, didn't take the shuttle. Unexpectedly, this hotel was the largest one during my entire Tokyo trip. There's a convenience store inside the hotel where you can buy some snacks.
