Hotel room is tiny even by Japan’s standard. Room is functional but dated. There is no AC perhaps due to it being winter now, so we had to open the windows for ventilation. Oddly the room washroom is a step higher than the room itself so climbing up and down may pose a challenge for some. The control for hot and cold tap at shower is very primitive and takes a few tries of turning here and there to get the water temperature we desire. Bathrobes are available right outside the lifts of each floor. Hotel breakfast is very simple local fare but sufficient. Parking is free but they seem not to allow parking right at the hotel front though there were lots but we were instead directed to a building beside the hotel. There are 2 Lawsons nearby and the train station is also just a 3mins walk away.

The room was clean and tidy, with a sensible layout and all the basic amenities. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. Breakfast wasn't super extensive, but the taste was decent, and the staff were polite. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and it offers competitive value for money compared to similar hotels in the area. If you're not looking for a super luxurious experience, this is a solid choice.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the two train stations in Narita. The price is quite economical with breakfast provided. Facilities are adequate. The room I stayed has a nice view.

Near the narita station. The room is quite small. There is transporting bus to narita airport but if your flight is early, you should check the time either way the staff. If there is no transporting bus, You can take train to NRT just a few minutes, very easy.
