The room was dirty, the kettle was filthy, and there was hardly any service. The convenience store downstairs is a rip-off; I bought a few items and it cost 4000 yen, plus 8% tax.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back again.

This is a budget hotel very close to the airport, but the cleanliness was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations.

The single room was really too small; I didn't even have space to open my suitcase, so I had to use a corner of the bed. Also, the room always felt damp, and running the air conditioner for dehumidification didn't help. Instead, because the room was so small and the air conditioner was positioned too low, it got very cold at night. Luckily, the small room had decent soundproofing, so it was quiet at night. As for breakfast, it was basically enough to fill you up. I recommend the curry rice bread set meal at the new building; at least it was hot. The main building had more cold 'greens' (vegetable salads). If you don't get enough vegetables, you can grab more of those 'greens' in the morning.

Both times I've been to Tokyo, I've chosen to stay one night at the airport, then check out the next day to head to my next destination. I check in the night before, enjoy the airport's food, drinks, and shopping 🛍️, and then fly home the next day. It's incredibly good value for money, and the check-in experience is excellent.

Quite convenient, close to the airport with a shuttle service. The breakfast was also pretty good. Just a minor cleanliness issue in the room. Overall, it's still good value for money.

This hotel is suitable for early morning flights or layovers. However, there are no shops nearby, and the only food and drink options are at the convenience store in the lobby. There's a free shuttle service to and from the airport, running 2-3 times an hour, but it stops between 1 PM and 2:30 PM.

Can’t ask for too much - the hotel is super close to the airport with complimentary shuttle bus with a reliable, packed schedule. The breakfast is also surprisingly good with varieties for the price. Probably the highest value for money if you need a good night sleep and good breakfast before catching an early flight the next morning. Oh and the room size is also very decent for 🇯🇵 hotel room size standard and you might get a nice and open airport view :)

The room was clean and the location was super convenient for transportation. The shuttle bus was a great perk, you can even catch it right from the terminal. The only downside was the lack of restaurants nearby, but the Lawson on the first floor was a decent option.

Traveling with kids and catching a flight the next day, Toyoko Inn was the most convenient option. The hotel offers a free shuttle directly to T1 and T2, so you don't have to haul your luggage yourself. Breakfast is free, and there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs.

Super convenient, the shuttle bus is very on time and super convenient. View was amazing. The room is spacy and clean. Breakfast is free, not a lot of choice but everything was delicious. Lawson is on the lobby and check in/ out all using machines now, very convenient! 100% recommend.

The service have been great! Room was spotless and all the amenities were given free of charge. We also enjoyed the breakfast. There was so much food to choose from and it was delicious

I am overjoyed to stay in the room where I can planes moving along the runway and taking off for the sky. Besides, toothpaste and toothbrush are now available in all rooms. Razor and face wash can be obtained before the reception. The Lawson convenience store next to the reception now provides photocopying and faxing services. Previously, the computer and printer were available in the hotel hall for Internet access and printing. I will stay here if necessary again if I stop over in Narita.
