The room was impeccably clean. The bedding and toiletries provided were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety. There's also a hot spring bath (onsen) on the first floor, which was a pleasant surprise. I was very satisfied with my stay. This hotel is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. It's conveniently located very close to Naritasan Temple, which features a calligraphy exhibition and a beautiful park – perfect for a relaxing stroll.

The room amenities were good, and the service was also excellent. The only drawback was the price; it felt quite expensive. We booked the room for 2000 RMB, but an additional 800+ RMB was charged for the children. I disagree with such a high per-person surcharge. The hotel itself does have a distinctive charm. Remember to ask the front desk for the hotel's umbrellas; they're quite photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend it unless you can secure a room for under 2000 RMB.

The hotel boasts a beautiful Japanese aesthetic, feeling very new and luxurious. The only downside is that the communal bath is rather small, and it's not an actual hot spring. Additionally, there are no lockers outside the bathing area to secure personal belongings. It would be fine if you're just looking for a quick wash and there aren't many people, but if it gets crowded, I'd recommend avoiding it.

The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals. Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!

Right after entering the room, I found the air conditioning was broken, making it incredibly hot. At 3 AM, I spotted a spider crawling on my luggage. The room phone didn't even work; I couldn't get through to the front desk. Initially, the hotel staff seemed extremely reluctant to even offer a room change. After finally switching rooms, I requested a late check-out until my flight, which was only around 2 PM. The hotel consistently refused, or at best showed extreme reluctance, stating that check-out was strictly 12 PM. They said any extension would incur additional fees, and even with payment, the latest they could extend was 1 PM, citing cleaning needed for a new check-in at 3 PM. I repeatedly emphasized that I hadn't slept well at all, only getting about five hours, and was practically in tears. It was only then that they reluctantly agreed to extend my check-out to 2:30 PM. Throughout this entire ordeal, their attitude was as if *they* were the victims, and *I* was the one being unreasonable. Had I not insisted on my basic rights, I wouldn't have even received an apology. They even had the audacity to ask *me* how to deal with the spider – how should I deal with it? Should I put it in *their* mouth?! The 'hot spring' was clearly fake; it didn't have any mineral saltiness whatsoever. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a kettle in the room. After using the 'hot spring,' I felt completely dehydrated. I can't fathom how they have the audacity to charge ¥1800 a night (or over $300 on their official website!), especially with the seriously depreciated yen. This is a prime example of an unscrupulous and unethical establishment. Finding a spider in a completely sealed, windowless room on the second floor can only point to serious hygiene issues; I can't imagine any other explanation. Everyone should steer clear of this place. They exhibit completely different attitudes towards Japanese, Western (European/American), and Chinese guests. I highly doubt they would treat a Japanese or American customer with such disdain; I'd expect nothing less than their high-standard bowing service in that case. They barely offered a couple of perfunctory apologies, even when I was practically in tears. I simply don't understand, nor do I want to. In summary, I believe everyone should avoid wasting their money here. Especially if you're Chinese, you'll only end up feeling mistreated and taken advantage of!

The service was excellent, and I was very satisfied. I had originally booked a Japanese-style room, but due to a facility issue, I emailed ahead to inquire if we could switch to a standard room. The standard room was clean and tidy overall, but the bedding felt a bit damp, likely because it was air-dried indoors, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. I hope your hotel continues to strive for excellence.

Really bad service. Many mistakes from the crew including wrong invoicing and taking into account the number of people we were in the room. Also too expensive for what it is in reality. Not recommended.

The room was pristine and felt brand new. Its generous size was a definite luxury, especially for Japan, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The three single futons laid out together on the floor were exceptionally comfy, and the street view outside added a wonderful ambiance.

Keep your hotel room cards properly. They charge for lost cards when most hotels now dont care about them now.

The hotel was great, and the staff were very welcoming. I only wish I had come sooner to properly enjoy the hot springs, especially after spending so much time in Tokyo. Unfortunately, I have a flight to catch today.

This is my second stay here. The room is clean, tidy, and very spacious.

Great location (20min distance from airport), great service(ryokan style, english speaking employees, taxi reservations), great amenities including onsen items and fridge drinks (contemporary beers and high quality sake, coffee, traditional tea), great outfits, great breakfast, great nearby restaurants, great price, great hygiene EVERYTHING IS GREAT
