I've stayed here many times and I'm always very satisfied with the hotel's airport shuttle service. I also used the shuttle bus to go to Narita Station and Aeon Mall. This time, I noticed they added charging ports next to the bed, which is a great addition. While the rooms are a bit older, they are really well-maintained. The ice machine on every floor is also a big plus, and the waiting area in the lobby is a thoughtful touch.
