The Rawla Narlai is a fantastic hotel in the middle of Rajasthan offering spacious suites (ours had a wonderful balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and the pool), a great rooftop restaurant and a lot of activities. We can wholeheartedly recommend the leopard safaris (there are a good dozen or so roaming through the mountains but also coming very close to the village), the high tea at the lake (perfect for birdwatching but also as a romantic excursion) and the dinner at the stepwell (a unique experience under the starry sky with more than 500 candles illuminating the scene). And - last but certainly not least - the staff are really wonderful people, extremely friendly and 100% committed to make your stay unforgettable!!! I also liked that the hotel contributes to different development projects in the village - some extra tip extremely well spent.

Old world charm. The step well dinner experience was unbelievable & a must for everyone who visits the district. The staff were most helpful & friendly. The accommodation was very clean & tidy. Breakfast treat included a samosa prepared by the chef. Overall, worthy of a visit.

A very relaxing few days but the highlights were 2 wonderful game drives with the extremely knowledgeable naturalist, Sanjay. On each occasion we saw leopards and interesting wildlife. The walk around the village was also very good and the Jain temple stunning. The hotel is comfortable, relaxing and welcoming with a lovely rooftop terrace. There is also a wonderful family jeweller at the hotel, making beautiful silver jewellery.

Our safari at Rawla Narlai were excellent. Mr. Bhupendra, our naturalist was top notch, he showed us around beautifully. We had great spottings, thanks to him, it was surreal. We spotted leopard in both our morning & evening safaris. Overall, it was a great experience

Rawla narlai, you’ve given us an experience of a lifetime. The hospitality, the stay, the food …its all commendable. As soon as we entered the property, it felt like we were taken back in time. To a place, filled with old world charm, peace and serenity every corner of the property is beautiful and clean… the upkeep is truly beautiful. The hospitality of the property exubes a royalty experience for all its guests. They truly made us feel like royalty. Our every wish was catered to, they planned a special date night by taking initiative. The F&B team would serve us with so much love asking us to try special items on the menu. Kudos to the chef for a fresh and tasteful menu curation. Every item was freshly made with love. So Pecial mention to Mr. Raju Dewasi, his service was splendid. Do ask for him if you plan to visit narlai. The people are filled with warmth, the property gives you a sense of home. The food felt homely as well. I think that is the highest degree of service a property can provide. Thank you for making us feel like royalty, the team at Rawla Narlai is the best we’ve come across

What a place! The hotel itself is just beautiful, the staff are charming and incredibly helpful, and the food is excellent. The setting, amongst mountains and temples, is just dreamy, and the atmosphere in the village is simply joyful. We had a wonderful evening leopard safari with a knowledgeable guide and driver, and a beautiful dawn walk up the mountain, as well as a walk up to some of the temples where weddings were taking place with an incredible, welcoming atmosphere. The stepwell dinner is an experience we will never forget - there are no words to describe the beauty, the attention to detail, and the charm of the evening. One night was not enough here - we will definitely return!

A beautiful site, and an excellent stay. Wonderful room (117), good service. Take the village tour (special thanks to Lala) to see the life of the locals. The trip to the elephant on top of the hill at sunrise (if you dare) is worth the early wake up. And absolutely don’t miss the step well dinner, an unforgettable experience of a dinner in the forest with 500 candles! Only concern, if you are in a tour with a guide, there is no affordable room for him, so he has to find another hotel far away.

Rawla Narlai is one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The property is stunning—rich in heritage, with incredible attention to detail. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made the experience unforgettable. The leopard safari with high tea by the lake was a highlight—we watched a leopard for nearly an hour in its natural habitat. And the 500 candle stepwell dinner was absolutely magical, something I’ll remember forever. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique, relaxing and luxurious experience in Rajasthan.

we stayed at the hotel for one night and were immediately impressed by the enchanting architecture of the house, the garden and the pool area. the staff was welcoming and very friendly! a spontaneous safari in the evening made the stay even more special, we were able to observe leopards, birds and a crocodile ! absolutely recommendable, better 2 nights!
