I was really looking forward to staying at The Royal Heritage Tent Resort – Tent City Kevadia after a long journey, but sadly it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The service was frustrating — I was told multiple times that things would be taken care of in 15 minutes, but hours went by and nothing was done. I had to keep going back and forth to the office just to get basic help. The bathroom was in terrible condition; the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and it felt poorly maintained overall. To make things worse, loud music and noise outside went on past midnight, so I couldn’t even rest after a tiring day of travel. I rarely write negative reviews, but I truly hope the management pays attention and improves the service and comfort for future guests. This place has potential, but it needs serious attention and care. ⸻

The resort is very nice. Rooms are so nice and neatly maintained. Ambience is too good. Service and staf are so friendly. We would definitely like to go once more for sure. My family loved staying here. Night atmosphere was very nice. Strongly recommend this resort

The room is well prepared with sufficient stuff, nice atmosphere. Great place to stay.. the local foods are tasty…the staff are excellent in their services.. high commitment shows especially by Miss Septi.. insyaAllah we will come again..👍🏼

It was wonderful experience, the stay was comfortable, food was tasty but the hospitality could have been better.. though the staff was available on request.. we stayed there while our visit to statue of unity and we enjoyed our stay there..

Very bad experience” - Just want to share a honest review as per my experience. We paid a full amount at the arrival time and followed their time chart for the internal activation they have in resort, but while we plan to go for swimming pool there is no water. First we asked their employees who were present around 4:30 PM they told they can clean it and start it in 30 min, again we reached to the swimming pool area around 5:45 PM there is not water and no one is available. For reference here i am uploading a video for a proof. Hope this resort provide services as per their name mentioned on a board “The royal Heritage tent resort - AC swiss tent and swimming pool”

Been there with family for 1 night,good resort with good tent experience,nice staff, Food was good at taste & on request they arranged us Jain Food within 15 minutes,taste was good as chef & staff was from Rajasthan. Morning breakfast was also good.Thanks

My stay at Royal Heritage was very good. The reception and staff were very polite and supportive. The food was very good, and the swimming pool water was also clean. The tents were neat, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, my family and I had a great experience and we will definitely come back.

Staying in a tent was my first time experience and I enjoyed it with my family and kids. Tent are cleaned Food is good Staff is very supportive and polite Must visit when anyone come at statue of Unity.my stay is very good with my family........ thank you
