"It's a well-maintained facility. It was tidy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, but lacked training. The food wasn't that good; everything was ready-made and covered with foil, and the taste wasn't great either. The breakfast wasn't anything special either. The fruit was very good, though. Okay for a stopover."

"The restaurant and the food was very good. At the dinner payment, the waiter claimed the travel credit card charge did not go through and exercised the card again. I received email confirmation about every charge, and at breakfast next day I disputed the double charge, showing the emails. The management promised to cancel the second, incorrect charge, although they never did it. I was forced to stop the payment through the bank, that is more cumbersome. Be cautious when the waiter make the magic with your card, especially if you have a short stay, and have no chance to dispute the faulty charge."

"The hotel is located In narok town not far away from the main road.i stayed in their apartment which had four rooms,and a common area which had a TV.They have strong WiFi that is accessible through out the hotel.the rooms have hot showers and are very clean The apartment was 20000kshs and they have other categories of rooms which are very affordable.Their food is good and fresh.i slept there as I was going to masaai mara.i would recommend the place as it is in town next to big shopping areas like supermarkets. I have few photos because most are in form of videos"
