Fully self-service check-in, but the room is very clean and all the cooking guys are available. It’s great for family outings.
Upon arriving ,no one to talk too a phone number on a window .Rang the number a few times ,answered by some girl and girl that walked around the corner . Told them who were were .They ,. oh yah well your travel agent should of given u a pin number for your door to open it well they didn't . After much frustration the manager 🙄played around with his computer and showed us the ground floor where cars parked seeing through the awful not white see through curtains . We told the guy we booked a room over looking the ocean not a car park .$199.00 for a awful smelling butter box room . WE said this is not acceptable, it smells ,its tiny ,the beds straight up against the window with a see through curtain . We left found another room at Amooran apartment,overlooking the ocean .clean ,clean ,clean everything great . Wrote back to the coastal comfort motel asking for money back . Answer was its too late to rerent room which we all know travellers come in from 2pm onwards and it was only 2.45pm .They are full of no concern for us ,they could of helped us but they just didn't want too. Bad management. Awful place dont waist your good money by going to a slum .

This is the 4th year staying at this motel for the Narooma Oyster Festival weekend. In 2023 when they announced the dates of the 2024 festival we booked immediately through a third party site A few months later our booking was cancelled by the third party site as the motel was going to be “closed”. Strangely enough my husband was able to go back in to the same third party site immediately and rebook our room for 3 x the price. Obviously trying to cash in on the oyster festival weekend. There is no one onsite anymore - they have installed keypads on the doors and they text you your room code and PIN number. Rooms are very old and dated but generally clean so ok if you just want a place to sleep. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not serviced during our stay. Given the exorbitant prices they are charging for this run down motel there would be better options available for slightly more money. After staying here 4 years in a row would probably not stay here again.

Great motel close to all amenities. Well provided for, clean and spacious. A lovely place for an overnight stop on our road trip! Welcomed warmly and stayed in an upstairs room. Accommodation was good with everything we needed provided. Cleanliness was excellent and a nice quiet stay.

Great spot. The place is simple, clean & comfortable, quiet (weekend) and well located not to mention outstanding views from the top floor. Excellent value and service. Short walk from cinema, restaurants and water. Thank you!

The Reception staff were friendly but the property which is rated as 3.5 Stars is very old and dated the the price reflects the poor quality of the property. Toilet has cracks, Television has sound but no picture and the rest of the inclusions are outdated. This is a property from the 60’s or early 70’s that hasn’t changed. It is clean but very old.

Not sure whether it is the hotel or the third party booking system. I had booked and paid via this third party agent and received booking confirmation and even a hotel booking voucher. Upon arrival, you have to email the hotel property to get room allocation and access key. No staff contact. The email response was unhelpful, first they told me they don’t have the booking. Then in their second email, they say that the third party booking agent had cancelled my booking. I’m not sure whether it is this hotel or the third party agent. Something is off. I’ve never had any trouble before with this third party agent. So I’m putting it down to the hotel. I won’t be staying at this hotel. Decided to stay at a different hotel.
