住過最差的酒店，沒有之一！ 訂了3晚，結果住了1晚就住不下去了！大家不要被攜程封面推廣圖片給騙了，不知這個酒店在攜程上是怎麼被評為德島豪華和温泉泡湯雙第一的？！
1、一進酒店就有一股油煙味和刺鼻的甲醛味，立刻喉嚨發緊，沒想到了房間油煙和組合木的甲醛味更重！想開窗通風，結果這個所謂玻璃窗被封死，糊上了厚厚的玻璃紙，根本看不到外面，何來攜程上説的“城景房”？！玻璃上衹有一個沾滿厚厚灰塵的小小通風口，感覺住得人幽閉恐懼症都犯了！酒店服務員告知為安全起見所有房間的窗都封死（酒店最高衹有7樓），實則是為了不讓住客看到外面數家餐廳油煙排風管和邊上酒店的空調排風口……想打開房間空氣凈化器，結果凈化器非常骯臟，不敢使用！有圖佐證。
2、 温泉在1樓，泡湯地方非常狹小擁擠（根本不是攜程上説的大浴場），悶熱異常，通風極差！温泉經過大量稀釋，感覺就像泡熱水。
3、 前台有個50-60歲左右的女性戴眼鏡服務人員（可能是主管），在我們反應問題後，對我們異常傲慢，嘴上嘀嘀咕咕説：怎麼會有中國人來住，給我們換房間都是格外開恩！
4、早餐種類很少，價格不低，質量極差，扇貝焦黑也沒有服務人員去翻面，山葯一股餿味、魔芋是塑化劑和香精做的，我們吃後胃裡翻江倒海，難受一天，旅遊計劃泡湯！
5、這個酒店在外網上3.2分，好評不多，很多人認為產品（或服務）的質量與價格不相符，性價比較低。可居然在攜程上高達4.6，我們就這樣被矇騙並踩雷了！！！
