The location of the hotel is very close to the JR station and the bus stations, about 1-min walk. The room is clean and high pressure shower head is so relaxing. There is a 7-11 store next to the hotel and quite busy.

Well located next to Tokushima JR station next to long distance bus terminal. It is also walking distance to the castle site where it was the Sakura blossom season. It is a quasi-service hotel but all the amenities/toiletries are placed at lobby for self-service. Room was clean and breakfast is value at ¥1600

Location was superb , just next to the Tokushima station and clement plaza with plenty of choices for food . Will stay here again if I visit Tokushima

The bed is incredibly comfortable; I didn't expect such a high-quality mattress. The hotel also offers many amenities, and the staff are very nice.

If you already need an elevator to reach the lobby, then the waiting for it is expected.
Room was not as per the pictures… toilet has been e separate room with narrow space.

Good location. Very clean and modern hotel. Love the coffee provided and the yuzu bath bomb. The room size is of reasonable size and bathroom is spacious.

close to the JR station, the public onsen is quite small and crowded. The room will be cleaned up every 3days.
