The breakfast was super fresh and very delicious. The staff was very accommodating. Our room was very clean.

$5 parking free Heater that when it turned on during the night it was extremely loud and I could feel a vibration in my bed when it was running Woke me up a couple of times

Clean room! Food at restaurant was great! So close to shopping and restaurants. Hot tub is big too!

Housekeeping staff needs to understand English better. Both elevators need to be working at all times. Staff needs to pay better attention in pool/hot tub area & hold parents accountable for their kids at all times.

One of he elevators wasn’t working and the front staff did not tell us that. It felt like I was sharing a room with the people next-door. I could literally hear their conversations the whole night and they were arguing back and forth. The heating system would turn on really loud and it was worse at night time because it was quiet.

Pros: clean facility and friendly staff. Pool was nice and Jacuzzi was a large size and working. Gym was great but not used and sauna was a plus. Lady at restaurant was sweet and Kaitlynn at front desk was really nice too Cons: wasn't aware of the $5 parking fee for a night. Elevator was slow, especially with the other being broken but no sign so we assumed it was broken. Room was clean but double bed seem on the smaller side. Was surprised to see that there was no lotion, shower caps, makeup towel etc. power went out in whole building for about 5 minutes which was weird. Had breakfast buffet for $18 but not worth it. Waited about five mins for pool since it was over capacity

Room was clean and modern. Hot Tub was really hot and pool was great for kids. Gym facilities were great for the size. Staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and service was excellent. Property is showing its age in the corners. During our visit one elevator was not working so it was busy with one working to service all the floors. The elevator that was working was expired for its safety certification by 3 months. That in itself is telling with regards to priorities. Overall, our stay was really good, minus the concerns.

The pool and hot tub were nice. I've just never had to sign a waiver to enter the pool area before. Unfortunately the towels in my room were terribly stained, maybe even dirty. But it was an easy fix and
