Sheraton Nashua

Very nice. The upgrades are appreciated since the last time I was there a few years ago.

The building itself was beautiful like a castle. But the parking is so far away and the set up of the parking lot not good. There’s absolutely nothing here to see or do. You can’t even get a complementary cup of coffee.! The coffee maker in my room, someone opened coffee and poured it in the wrong slot and apparently nobody cleaned it out before we checked in?? When the heat just at 70 hit the room it smelt like something was burning? The table to sit at was so wobbly you couldn’t sit there and have a drink! The one closet was in the bathroom… the bathroom?! The 1 towel hook barely still hanging on the wall. As far as a complementary anything…in the room beside the 1 bottle of water to make coffee right next to the dirty coffee maker, it was Cold. Besides the clerk behind the desk and the clerks at the CASH register for Coffee or a Mint, it was a ghost town. Not what you would expect from a Sheridan/Marriott. It was disappointment.

Great stay! Rooms are spacious, as well as the bathroom. Staff are wonderful, and very accommodating.

All good but the gym. Gym does not open until 7am. Could honestly prevent me from staying there again. I wake up and exercise early. Silly rule!!!

The rooms are OK. As an international traveller, they tried to charge me before my check-in (despite that ******* says I would be charged at the hotel desk) and caused blockage of my card due to possible suspicious activity. In addition, there is no breakfast included (which the other way around in many other 3 or 4 star hotels) so bear that in mind. The hotel name is Sheraton but does not live up to the brand.

The room and staff were wonderful the only problem was the check in the room was not ready until 4pm.

I’m a 79 year old disabled veteran and my wife is a 77 year old with advanced Parkinson’s who is bed fast and only mobil through wheelchair assistance. On December 4th I booked a limited mobility room (conf. #90966116), at the Sheridan Nashua, NH. I checked twice, before arrival to insure my booking. Upon our December 18th arrival, for our eight day stay, we were told that all handicapped rooms were closed for remodeling and that an email had been sent out. We never received that notice. The desk clerk said it was a last minute decision. Had I received an email I would have booked another hotel. I asked the desk to help me locate a room in another hotel and he said they could not because I had booked through *******. After several phone calls by the clerk he receive authorization to book me into room 164, a mobility accessible room which was over 160 yards from the front door and the handicap access ramp. (See attached photo). The clerk said that loud remodeling construction noise would begin right outside our window at 8:00am. However, at 7:00am the diesel engines started and they warmed up for 30 minutes, then the racing engines, banging and hollering began. (See photo) So with all of this our trip from Ohio to visit our only grandchildren was eventful. So how would you rate this stay at the
