I drove through Nashville and found a new hotel to stay in near Vanderbilt University, which exceeded my expectations. The details of the hotel are very considerate. The rooms have kitchen supplies and refrigerators, microwaves, and dishwashers. Suitable for a short stay. The bed is huge and the sofa can be used as a bed. It is within walking distance to Vanderbilt University and only takes ten minutes by taxi to the city center. Overnight parking costs $30. The breakfast is also very rich and every detail is reflected. If I were not in a hurry, I would really want to stay a few more days.

I can’t give this hotel enough stars for how amazing this hotel experience was. The location is amazing if you are wanting something within a few blocks of Broadway. The hotel was kept extremely clean. The best thing about this hotel was the people who worked there. Every person that we came in contact with was amazing. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. It was so refreshing to experience that atmosphere. So, this hotel comes highly rated. It will make your Nashville travels even better!

The room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.
