The hotel was nice and location was convenient. Once we checked out we were hit with over $300 of fees. We didn’t get room service, use the phone, order any movies, so the bill was quite a shock. The only thing we knew would be an additional fee would be parking but even that wasn’t what was stated on the website. Pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and the fees left sneaky.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff. The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night. (We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)
