I didnt like that the door dash drive left my food at a different hotel. It implies youre hotel is not well known or your address is incorrect for GPS use. The staff was curt, not very welcoming, and seemed bothered by questions, could of been a bad day for him. The front desk felt rushed and bothered to work; No smile, or greeting. I arrived and stood at the desk for about a min or two before I was attended (doesnt seem like long but try it). If I remember correctly this is a 3 star hotel. But staff made it feel like a 2, lack of assitance when I inquired about food options makes it a 1, lack of hospitality or welcoming greeting makes it a 1. About me: I arrived at the hotel at or about 2200 on a weekday. I flew in from FL on personal matters, it was a long day. Hospitality and empathy - fake or real - would have been a great welcome, maybe a smile and "hows your night"? Hire me for more information on how to improve or as a secret shopper.
