Good but if the swimming pool bigger is better

Easy to check in. Clean lobby and room. We needed accommodation due to the beds only having down pillows and duvet cover. So we called down and within minutes someone was there to perform the full swap. I tried to assist but she just waved me aside. I would have only slowed her down for sure. LOL

Great staff, shuttle to downtown Nashville Lounge had good food,entertainment and friendly guests to chat with.

Everybody on staff is super pleasant and polite. We had car issues as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was understanding and gave me till morning to get it moved, which I did. We rebooked our room. Very satisfied with everything. They also have their own parking garage connected to the hotel.

The breakfast is too simple. It is far inferior to the simple buffet breakfast in the ordinary restaurant of the nearby school. The room was not cleaned after the first day (which is OK, it doesn't affect it). The swimming pool is said to be heated, but it is not open in winter. I would not have chosen this if I had known.

The front desk didn't know that the payment had been made and insisted on paying the room fee on site. Ctrip's customer service was very good and the money was recovered, but it will take more than a month to wait. The room was large, the facilities were average, and the shower head could not be adjusted. It was very quiet and was a ten-minute walk from Vandy.
