Extended Stay America Select Suites - Nashville - Airport

This had to be one of the worse places I've ever stayed at. We got there to find out that the extra money we paid to have breakfast was non-existent, they don't give breakfast here. All they do is a grab-and-go (see pictures). Also, this was supposed to be a NON-smoking facility and people were smoking in their rooms and standing at the stairwells smoking right when you walked past them. The amount of smoke and ********* smoking was ridiculous. The smell was awful!! There also were activities going on in the middle of the night. The noise at 2 am was ridiculous with people coming and going. This couple was arguing in the hallway right in front of my door and I called down to the office she said she was going to make her rounds and stop them but that NEVER happened. They just continued to yell and scream. I finally opened my door and asked them to stop and this guy stops and looks at me and starts screaming at me. I had to call the police. The carpets were dirty, the chairs were dirty that was supposed to be in the room. The counters were dirty. I wiped everything down before we put our stuff down. We couldn't switch hotels because we were in town for a Rock N Roll half marathon race and all the hotels were full with nothing available. I complained to the manager who said she didn't hear about any of my complaints and was SUPPOSED to give me money back but NEVER DID. NEVER STAY HERE... IT'S GROSS AND I KNOW ***** ARE BEING DONE HERE. I had to pay extra for this "hot" breakfast. WHAT A JOKE.

I wish we had a negative option because even giving a score of one is to much. Don’t stay here unless you are a smoker, then by all means join the chain smokers. If you don’t mind nasty, then ok. The air conditioning unit filter smelled like wet dog. I can’t think of a positive thing to say. We left a day early. We decided missing some of Nashville was better than another night in this place.

When we stepped in the room, it smelled like weed/cigarettes. There were no pots and pans to cook, so we had to buy our own because when we asked the front desk they had the audacity to say we would have to pay $40 for pots and pans, etc. The refrigerator was chipped as well as the microwave on the inside. Someone even spilled beer in the elevator. I would never stay here again.

Nasty This is the nastiest place I've ever stayed. Got up to shower for work with not a drop of hot water. Dresser broken shower broken. Hair all in the bathroom.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon booking, I was aware of the lobby hours and proactively informed the hotel that I would be arriving outside those hours. Despite providing notice, no arrangements were made, and I arrived to find no staff present. When I called the service number provided, my frustration grew. My first attempt resulted in being hung up on. On the second call, I was given another number to try. The third time, I was placed on hold while a group of people next to me were also unsuccessfully attempting to get assistance. Finally, on my fourth attempt, I was told a clerk would arrive in 30 to 40 minutes. During this entire ordeal, there were no recommendations or clear instructions on what to do in such situations. It's unacceptable for a hotel to fail to accommodate guests who notify them in advance of a late arrival. Reliable customer service is essential, especially for travelers who may have no other options upon arrival. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses its staffing issues and ensures a more seamless experience for future guests. I cannot recommend this hotel to others based on my experience. The lack of accountability and poor service made my stay incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.

I found that the property was very clean from the moment I arrived. I continued to see faculty working staff was helpful. It was nice going into my room and actually smelling how clean it was. You don’t often get that and I am very much appreciated it and the pricing is extremely reasonable.
