The scenery is great, and the hotel environment is absolutely first-class, but the hotel is too big to be a customer, the service is not so considerate, all the services are so cold, the cleaning is either knocking too early in the morning, or cleaning after noon after the sign is posted and the front desk is informed, the facilities are not repaired in time when they are broken, and there is no socket behind the coffee machine, so it has to be moved to the desk to use. In short, Atlantis in the Bahamas is not worthy of its brand and price

The room rate was clean and tidy with no noise. The outdoor entertainment area was great. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner were good. Also the hotel's best restaurant was great value for money.
