It was very clean and tidy. We stayed with 5 people, and there was enough space for about 2 more. There were two double beds and several futons available.

It was a really great location. However, when I was trying to get my bags while my 4-year-old grandson was alone, it was raining heavily and I was in a rush, so I was a bit flustered. The door immediately slammed shut and locked. My phone was inside, and I didn't know the password, so my grandson was crying hysterically. I called the front desk. I wonder if there was a door stopper?

The views were beautiful, and the room was spacious – it was perfect! We stayed with another couple, so there were four of us in total. Since the room could accommodate 8 people, we had plenty of space to spread out.

What I liked: The room was spacious, so we could play with our dog even when it rained. It was also great that a convenience store was nearby. There are plenty of dining options a short drive away. What I didn't like: When we entered the room, there was a strong animal smell. The hot plate's heating power was weak. I wish there had been a sofa bed.

We stayed in the pet-friendly, single-house type accommodation for a room-only plan. Check-in to check-out was completely hassle-free and very smooth, which was great. The room felt a bit smaller than in the photos, but it was still spacious enough. While the furniture showed some signs of wear, that actually made it easier to relax and not worry about being too careful. I think it would be perfect if the cleaning was a bit more thorough, but there were no unpleasant smells at all, and the bedding was very clean. Having two sinks and toilets was convenient, and the air conditioning worked very well. We had a BBQ on the terrace, and a hot plate was provided. There was also an outdoor power outlet, and we had a really enjoyable time. I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance.

When checking in, I used the tablet check-in, but I couldn't complete the process. I tried to use the tablet to contact staff multiple times, but it just kept ringing for over 30 minutes without connecting. Eventually, I had to use my smartphone to get help. I really hope this check-in process can be improved to be smoother. Also, there was a planetarium projector, but no dedicated console to operate it, so we couldn't use it. When I inquired about it, being told "it's usually on top of the fireplace" wasn't very helpful. Other than that, we had a very relaxing stay. Thank you.

Easy to find with parking, located a short drive from many of the attractions in Nasu. Ample parking and in-room check-in with room PIN code E-mailed to you before hand. Spacious and clean, with projector in the room and TV outside. The 'artificial' Onsen is a nice touch and all the essentials were there.

this unmaned hotel is very easy to checkin and checkout. the room is big and super clean. will back again next time if come over to nasu again

The hotel didn't have lobby staff, guests had to check-in by themselves with the iPad. The system is good but it takes time and too much information is needed. The room is super clean, living room space is large. 2 twin beds located in a room clean. Kitchen inventory is fully complete.

The hotel is definitely very quiet and spacious and have many amenities and natural onsen inside. I was given the second floor but as I have many luggages and seniors with me, I requested to change to the ground floor. Thanks. But remember to request first to avoid such inconvenient uneasy situations.

The entire resort was incredibly spacious, exceeding my expectations; I was extremely satisfied! There was a single-bedroom room, two large beds in the living room, a kitchen with fully equipped tableware, an oven, and a microwave. There was even an electric grill on the dining table so you could buy Wagyu beef to grill. The bathroom even had a bathtub… Highly recommended!
