Room is nice, with private onsen and sauna

Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan, this was the most satisfying one. We took our child to Nasukochi Land on Saturday, checked into the hotel that evening, soaked in a hot spring, and then had dinner at the hotel. The environment was clean and beautiful, and the decor was clearly very tasteful. The food was also very good, and our child was very satisfied. It was an unforgettable trip, and choosing the right hotel was crucial. We will definitely stay here again!

Traditional Onsen Hotel! Staffs were friendly, food were nice! Onsen with landscaping, not big but pretty nice!

If you don't drive or speak Japanese, definitely don't choose this place. First of all, it requires online check-in and membership, which is very troublesome! Also, we chose a triple occupancy room, and we had stayed in Shinno before, where there were three separate beds. This place only gives you two 1.4-meter beds, which are not comfortable to sleep in! However, the room is fully equipped!

Excellent service. Nice facilities with great quality of onsen(indoor as well outdoors). Food is very good served with Japanese traditional cuisines .

Pepe Rosso are specialized at French full course, the food are very delicious. Especially the dinner, the seasonings are very nice and our belly are full and happy~ The owner, Mr.Uehara is a very interesting person with a very interesting life where you can definitely hear from him directly~ Definitely a great experience~

This hotel features an on-site gym and hot spring baths. It's very popular with families and conveniently located near Nasushiobara's tourist attractions. Highly recommended!

wonderful landscape, fantastic hot springs, all very practical, hotel has kitchen, room with fridge, friendly people at reception and in service, please note: thats a self-service hotel, ”Ryokan” in Japanese language

The room was clean and standard, and the service was enthusiastic. I misremembered the breakfast end time and went in when it was closing. Not only did they ask me to start, they also gave me instructions. Everyone was waiting silently, I quickly got the food and signaled them to close. But they waited until I left before they started to close. This is my third stay, and I am really relieved
