O hotel tem uma boa localização, mas o preço cobrado não faz jus aos serviços. No Primeiro dia ficamos em uma apartamento péssimo, sem internet, o ar não gelava ( dormimos no calor porque fomos informados que não havia mais ninguém para consertar no domingo a noite) cama dura e um banheiro antigo com cortina, no outro dia foi trocado após muita insistência pois íamos passar 5 dias, o quarto trocado foi mais moderno, porém com uma péssima acústica, na hora do café dava para ouvir tudo e acabávamos acordando antes do desejado. Não é um hotel 4 estrelas pois não tem um espaço infantil, não tem uma brinquedoteca e os quarto luxo deixam a desejar …Até o dia que fomos embora não tinha internet na tv.

A localização é muito boa próximo a Praia de PONTA NEGRA , só atravessar o calçadão, perto do Morro do Careca e bem localizado a padarias e mercadinhos para comprar cervejas , refri .e outras conveniencias, o Hotel VISUAL e todo somente elogios, estarei retornando em 23-04. Jacques Ornstein.

Localização excelente Café da manhã sensacional. Acomodações nota 10. Fomos em 2012 e voltamos em 2023. Recomendo a todos. Hotel pé na areia na melhor localização de Ponta Negra. Atendimento ótimo. Piscinas de frente pro mar com serviço de bar.

Hotel muito bom, ótima localização , café da manhã com variedades, bar molhado com drinks bem gostoso , acesso para praia com portão sempre tem alguém do hotel fazendo a segurança . Unico ponto negativo é os banheiros da prefeitura que ficam enfrente ao hotel cheiro forte o resto muito bom.

As praias são lindas! O hotel é "pé na areia" e tem paisagens lindas, em especial no café da manha. Porem, o hotel tinha alguns problemas estruturais, por exemplo: colchão velho e ou com defeito, janelas e porta do boxe sujas. O box do banheiro é muito pequeno. E talvez pela jornada de trabalho de fim de ano os funcionários não estavam receptivos.
