Terrible conditions
We have stayed at a many hotels this has been one of the worst as far as cleanliness. We got to the hotel there were no linens for the sofa sleeper. So my son went down and asked for linens they gave him damp pillow because it was like it had been washed and bagged with the bed linens everything in the bag smelt moldy. The draw blinds were broken and one had a pull string with a paper clip holding the pole together and was very difficult to close. Very disappointing. I have stayed at many Fairfield's and sister hotels of Marriot. I am in disbelief on how this one has been kept up.

Jerome at the front desk
Jerome at the front desk was professional and amazing. I was coming in late from Dallas and he made sure my room was saved and even signed me up for Marriott reward points. The entire stay was amazing.

Great stay in Natchitoches
Room was comfortable. Service was excellent, especially Jeremy. We did not eat breakfast there. We were able yo walk to nearby stores.

Great service!
Hotel employees were outstanding! Front desk person was great. Very helpful. Help us find a restaurant. The only thing that I can complain about is the mattress. It was awful.

Showed up for check in and hotel was dark except for two staff in lobby with emergency lights on. They had my reservation but told me power outage had shut hotel down. I received no notification of this via email or text from the hotel or Travelocity. Was told I was “on my own” to find accomodation elsewhere. Luckily, Best Western nearby had rooms availble. POOR performance by both Travelocity and Fairfield/Marriott in not making contact.

Christmas Joy
We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay. The lady at the front desk was amazing and so full of Christmas joy I just loved her. Sen needs a raise.

Nice.
Overall, very good stay, with very friendly staff and a great breakfast spread.
However, it looked like there was water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom and the shower could use a good scrub.
