Days Inn by Wyndham Navasota

Overall great experience

I have stayed here at the Days Inn, Navasota many times and each time they fail at something. This last time there was no breakfast as advertised both days I stayed there, and the carpet was wet. Nice that it was shampooed but what about a fan drying it before a guest was checked in. One time I stayed in the last room on the second floor away from the office and when I inquired about the lack of hot water they said "you have to let the water run for 15 minutes because it's so far from the water heater." It has become more run down each time I have stayed here and the rates are higher than the lack of quality dictates.

strong cleaner smell It would have been ok if it wasn't for the cleaner strong smell that triggered my allergies and made me super sick the whole stay. The smell of the cleaner they use its way too strong.

Overall good experience but breakfast was disappointing due to lack of items and cold eggs and sausage.

Boo The room smelled musty and old. There was dirt and hair on tge carpet like it hadnt been vacuumed. It took almost 10 minutes for the hot water to run. The towels amd linens were tattered and had holes in them. For the amount we paid it was a rip off. We will never stay there again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly resolved the issues with the tv and the door lock not unlocking. The ice machine not working was the only issue that couldn't be resolved quickly.
