"The apartment needs some updating, such as replacing the rusty toilet paper hook, the mirror that's damaged by humidity, and the clearly outdated TV. Overall, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—a 3-minute walk from the ocean and a variety of restaurants. The hostess was very pleasant; she let us into the apartment before we even received confirmation of our reservation."

"I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service and room we received during our stay at your hotel in Nazaré. We had booked our room on June 23rd, specifically requesting a panoramic view room. However, upon arrival, we were given a room that was not as requested and located beside the lift. The constant noise from the lift was highly disruptive. We requested to change rooms, but were informed that there was no availability unless we were willing to pay a higher price. This was very disappointing, as we should have been informed in advance if the room we booked was unavailable. Being informed at 5 PM on the day of check-in is not acceptable. Furthermore, the room itself was below expectations: - There were no accessible plugs for charging phones, except in the bathroom. - The view from the window faced a neighboring house with laundry hanging, far from the panoramic view we expected. I believe that if a panoramic view room was not available, we should have been notified well before our arrival. This would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements rather than being stuck with a room that did not meet our expectations."

"A warm welcome from our host Sara. We only had one night to explore Nazare and her two recommendations for dinner and drinks were spot on. Breakfast was home cooked and so delicious. Nicer than any of our bigger hotel breakfasts on this trip. Would highly recommend staying."
