Pyramids Height Hotel & Pyramids Master Scene Rooftop

It was very dirty, and the room had a view of a wall (I've shown it in the photo). We booked it for a week and checked out the next day. The only thing was the breakfast was okay, but the hotel's view wasn't impressive at all. It's also located in an area with tons of shops, and locals are constantly pestering you as you leave.

Thank you so much for everything. They checked us in at 10:00 AM instead of 3:00 PM as stated in the reservation. They also gave us breakfast on the day of arrival, instead of the next day, because we were leaving at night. They showed us where to buy mangoes, souvenirs, and so on. They helped us navigate the queue to the pyramids! And they took us out in a taxi at night... Thank you so much for such kindness! The rooms are clean, the view is great!

Very friendly! The interior is beautifully decorated! The spacious roof terrace is used as a dining area and has an incredibly beautiful view of the pyramids! Amazing!!! Only paid €105 for 2 nights for 2 people! Regards, Karl

The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, we went to have coffee and there was hair on the plates, as well as the cutlery being greasy and with leftover food, the bath towels had a bad smell, and our bathroom was very dirty, in addition to breakfast being late. which was quite annoying, we stayed for 3 days and the food was delayed for 3 days which affected the departure time for my tours as I had to delay the time scheduled with my guide, because of this! The boys at the cafe were very rude, they kept shouting at each other and when we asked for something they did it reluctantly. The only one who treated us well was the guy at reception who was very kind to us! Overall the experience was ok because we only stayed at the hotel to sleep and have coffee.

ルーフトップバーからは大ピラミッドが見え、夕陽も最高に綺麗に見ることが出来ます。お部屋は清潔感があり、水回りもとても綺麗でした。飛行機のチェックインが早かった為、朝ごはんが食べれないことを伝えるとランチボックスをくれました。本当に優しいスタッフさんばかりのホテルです。

L’albergo è situato in una zona davvero ottima per visitare le piramidi e la sfinge ma purtroppo devo dire che non mi sono trovato molto bene. Abbiamo prenotato due stanze in 3 ma all’arrivo ci hanno comunicato che ne avremo potuta avere solo una con 3 letti singoli. Ci siamo adattati anche perché non c’erano alternative e per avere qualcosa di sconto ho dovuto contattare trip.com che devo dire si è data da fare immediatamente ed è riuscita a farmi tornare 30 dollari.  L’albergo nel complesso non è male anche a livello del cibo ma come organizzazione lasci davvero a desiderare.
