The hotel has nice clean rooms and is very close to the entrance of the pyramids. The rooms are clean and spacious. Would recommend, the reception are very helpful.

Amazing stay with breathtaking pyramid views up. We got the room as we booked.The room with the view pyramids.The staffs are very friendly especially Nasr , aboode ,they are very helpful and so kind.

I am convinced that this is the best hotel with a view of the pyramids from the room. Also, the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were perfect and I would stay there again.

The hotel has a great view of the pyramids and the city life, literally right across the street. They have a rooftop restaurant. The managers were kind and always available. As a solo traveling woman I felt invited and safe. The room is small but clean and had everything I needed. Wifi was tricky so be prepared for that. I do reccommend this hotel for short stays in Cairo!

WIFI here is stunning and other things are all good. A high performance hotel surely.

The location is decent, close to the pyramid area. However, the surrounding area is chaotic and crowded, and you'll be attacked by touts whenever you leave the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but the other staff were a bit rude. However, 16-year-old Muhammad (?) at the rooftop restaurant in the evening was very friendly and nice. The morning staff were terrible.

Very good. The view is invincible. It is very beautiful. The service is also very good. The staff is young and energetic.

Quiet, facing the pyramids and the Sphinx, with a great view outside the window. Complete toiletries, hair dryer and other facilities. However, the fragrance in the house is too pungent. Locals like strong fragrance, and Chinese people probably can't accept it. It feels great to have breakfast on the rooftop!

I suspect the boss upgraded my room type, which has an unbeatable pyramid view. The shower water problem was solved immediately. Everyone is very nice. The breakfast is OK.

The facilities were good, but the view of the pyramids at night was amazing, so I can take that into account!!!

The location is OK, next to the pyramids, there are several highly rated rooftop restaurants next to it, and the baked mussels there amazed me; The hygiene and facilities are normal, a 50-yuan hotel in the old city in China; The breakfast is average; I gave it 0 points because I was cheated of my money. When I checked out, I was still careful not to let anyone carry my luggage for me, but they asked me to pay 20 dollars for checking out 10 minutes late. I refused and chased them from the fourth floor to the first floor. After coming out, they told me that they would call the police, and I cursed them. The platform customer service is pretty good.

They sent us to another hotel under the pretext that the room was fully booked. It was very bad, there was no hot water, and it was really not suitable to live next to the pyramids. I guess only the Mena Marriott Palace is habitable. Cairo is really the worst city in Egypt

The hotel is dishonest. Check-in looks complicated, not like a normal hotel. You have to sit on the sofa to talk to the staff and sell various tours. The staff will swipe the credit card. I don't trust it and ask to see the room first. It takes a long time to check in. Check-in is not according to the agreement. I booked 2 nights, the most expensive room with a balcony and a view of Giza. They gave me a cheaper room than the one I booked and informed me that there is no room type booked and asked to pay in one way. I wasted a lot of time negotiating what kind of room I booked and submitted the booking document. They tried many tricks and insisted that there was no room and they had already let me stay another night. They asked us to stay in a normal room for 1 night and would move to the room type booked for 1 night. I felt very disappointed and wasted a lot of time. It was the most difficult check-in I have ever encountered.

The basic environment in this area is not good, the top floor has a good view. The room is for reference for seven days.
