The hotel had the best location as it overlooking the pyramid however the only downside it didn't provide heater in the room as the temperature gets colder un the night.
The hotel Chef names Adel the most courteous & provide excellent breakfast. We love his cheerfulness & hospitality.

We stayed 3 nights during Christmas and our room had a view overlooking the pyramids. We enjoyed both the sunset and the sound & light shows at the balcony. The room was basic and the breakfast was simple, but the price was absolutely reasonable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the food was a bit cold. Overall, the hotel is recommended.

Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe.
Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best.
Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that.
Beside this. 5/5
Don't expect hotel services as this is only a Guesthouse.
For a Guesthouse standard I can say this is good..

Beautiful view, just very loud, because you are on a very popular tourist attraction. But it has a nice roof top and there are nice roof tops around too. The WiFi doesn’t work too well, but otherwise it’s a great bed and shower for the price you pay. Unfortunately, I didn’t take of the room, but it was decent with an aircon.

The view from the rooftop is exceptional, the hotel is practically opposite the sphynx and pyramids. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. A nice breakfast is offered in the morning.

This is our favourite place to stay in Egypt.
All the staff are wonderful and make you feel at home like family. Egyptian hospitality is incredible.
Don’t waste your time or money in 5 star hotels, experience the real Egypt here! The views are amazing, 1 minute walk to the entrance of pyramids. Special thanks to Kamal the hotel manager, he is a lovely man. Karl & Louise (Ireland)

Excellent location. The Giza pyramids are right outside, have breakfast on the roof top while enjoying the surreal view. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.
