This place is beautiful! Great place to spend the day at the beach. Joshua is amazing, wonderful hospitality! Also a great area filled with lots of restaurants and shops. A must stop if you are in Tulum.

Reservamos por booking a $76k la noche. Al llegar nos cobraron $101k. No nos dieron acceso al spa "porque reservamos por booking aunque diga con spa". Habitacion diminuta con almohadas viejas. El baño viejo con ducha rota. En general todo esta deteriorado. No son 4 estrellas ni el desayuno lo es. Lo peor de todo es que no nos dieron cochera, nos dijeron que era seguro dejar nuestra camioneta afuera, en la puerta del hotel. Durante la madrugada nos robaron la cubierta de auxilio y el malacate y "NADIE VIO NADA". Nos permitimos dudar de que eso sea así. No volvemos nunca más.

Las almohadas no son de un hotel 4 estrellas. Son malísimas. El frío que hacía adentro de la pieza era impresionante. El baño tiene la ducha con cortina de tela, era viejo y feo. Tan chica la bañera que la tela se te pega al cuerpo. Las piezas triples , la tercer cama es un catre. No un somier. El tamaño de la cama es chico y es incómoda por ser angosta. Es para un niño. No para un adolescente. Pedí la pieza Don 3 camas simples y dos eran somier y la tercera súper incómoda.

Atención excelente, la piscina un poco pequeña pero con agua climatizada y la mantienen bastante limpia. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero el aire acondicionado es central por lo que hay que adaptarse a la temperatura que decide vaya uno a saber y para colmo todas las noches y sin consultar apagan el aire! El restaurant es de primera se nota la mano del chef El spa es pequeño pero muy lindo y la masajista Ana María toda una profesional

Habitaciones en muy buen estado, equipadas con lo necesario para que el pasajero esté cómodo; solo la caja fuerte no pudo utilizarse por estar dañada. Desayuno, bar, piscina, patio: muy buenos. Además, lo que hizo la estadía más placentera aún, fue la amabilidad y buena disposición de todo el personal del hotel: recepcionistas, empleadas a cargo de hacer la habitaciones, gente que atiende el bar y los desayunos, encargada. Recibí de todos, el mejor de los tratos. Frente a un inconveniente con la reserva, se actuó con comprensión y cordialidad por parte de recepcionistas y de la encargada, quienes contribuyeron con la mejor buena voluntad a la pronta solución del problema.

Como profesional del rubro realmente me sorprendió el servicio recibido en el alojamiento Ñiken. Desde el check in, el servicio de restaurant, el servicio de desayunador, la recepción, el spa, todos los sectores han superado mis expectativas. Todo el personal ha sido muy amable, cordial, respetuoso y atento, cabe recalcar la sonrisa y la hospitalidad, en cada uno de ellos, para mi, lo mas valioso si uno debe asistir a un pasajero. Quiero destacar la atención de Sebastian y Ramiro (quién priorizó al huésped frente de él ante un potencial huésped que estaba al teléfono, muy bien!) en la recepción (hay otro integrante más, perdón, no se su nombre). Y en el restaurant quiero destacar la atención de Juan, realmente muy buena, cumpliendo todos los estandares de AABB, y con una sonrisa 🙂 y muy buena predisposición! Gracias a todos, tanto los servicios como por su darse en cada servicio, el que opta por esta profesión realmente le tiene que gustar. Hasta la próxima! Maria Cecilia Feliz aparte de que sean pet friendly y tengan un área externa realmente linda, amplia y bien cuidada 🐕❤️
