Disappointing experience. While I booked the "Limeshine Airport Transit Hotel" on Trip.com, I expected a room in this hotel but my room as assigned to another building called "Limeshine Residence", just 50m away and also listed as another property on Trip.com. I felt cheated as the prices were not the same in both the hotel and residence. My room, 501 definitely did not meet my expectations of my intended hotel room. My suggestion to the front desk to update the info on Trip.com to avoid any potential misunderstandings was dismissed and she claimed it was my mistake because i booked the "budget" room category in the Hotel listing. To avoid misunderstanding, pls make it clear on the website that "budget" room is under the Residence building (even thought it's listed in the Hotel listing! The supervisor, who attended to me at 10am on 2nd Feb was unapologetic and refused to mention her name to me. I would have written a more positive review if she just took a step back to accept my feedback and improve on their customer service, instead of telling me "It's your mistake, Sir and I'll tell you why."
