Nice location near the international airport. They give free breakfast as well and accomodate according to your diets. Well kept and clean, although we had a minor issue with the hair dryer in our room not working at all.

We booked this hotel from the airport following flight issues and needing a room for a couple of nights . It was late when we arrived but had to wait for our rooms as they were not ready . The rooms are ok. Clean and with nice showers and products. No kettle for coffee and only one mug in our room. The following day we spent by the pool. It was very run down and although the pool was refreshing there were far too many flies around and no repellants in rooms. We agreed to be moved to another hotel the following night and this was clearly very low budget. More of a backpacker hotel but still charged the same. We ate once in the restaurant and my friend had to wait 1 hour for a bowl of soup. We had already finished our food when it arrived and she had lost her appetite. Asked for this to be removed from bill but the receptionist just laughed and refused. The main redeeming feature is the promt transfer service. Not highly recommended sadly

OK for 1 night. Quiet with a large bathroom & comfortable king bed. Friendly, helpful staff & the free shuttle (4.00am) for our early morning flight was a bonus. Menu choices weren't the best and a bit on the pricey side. The pool was clean. A 4 minute walk to a clothing factory outlet and Cargills Food City (supermarket).

I didn't have high hopes being an airport hotel, but this was a disappointment. A pool view room is adequate with a number of UK style plug sockets and an in room safe that isn't secured to anything. The access to the pool is via a precarious metal staircase leading to an area of discarded items, the few sun loungers have seen better days. We did try lunch but it's low quality and very highly priced. We choose to grab a tuk tuk up to Negombo beach for dinner expect to pay 800+ rupees. There is a couple of grocery stores within walking distance but we didn't see any food places of interest. The airport transfer worked well and got us to the airport in good time.

Basic hotel, so wasn’t expecting it to be lavish. It is near the airport which is the only redeeming feature. Check-in was chaotic. We were led our to our room, and it was still being cleaned by staff. We had to wait outside with our luggage until it was ready. Dark basic room, with a shower with no curtain so whole bathroom gets soaked. Tea facilities with bowels but not cups? Bed was comfortable. We had some lunch in the dinning room as we had been travelling all morning and there is not much in the surrounding area for eating. We had a club sandwich and fries which was extremely poor. Lots of bread with inferior quality and quantity of fillings. The fries were so dry they appeared that they were cooked earlier, then re-heated. Along with a soft drink each this came to $24!!! Ouch! We thought we would relax at the pool, which was very cold as it is boxed in to a small area between the hotel and a industrial building (that plays loud music through the day), so gets little sun. The 3 loungers had seen better days, and the towels supplied for use were stained. The breakfast was, again poor. We only ain’t the fruit, and the half a cup of tea it came with. The transfer to the airport was prompt and efficient.

it was a stop over waiting for my flight at midnight. Perfect very friendly staff I can recommend the room with the pool view. You would be able to jump into the pool from your veranda. The shuttle to the airport was perfect.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and cool. It was a great way to start and finish the holiday. All help was provided when we asked for it.

This is a really nice little hotel located near the airport. The staff were all really accommodating and friendly The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was a great temperature Sound proofing was not great and no gym. Perfect place to stay for a late night arrival or before a flight. There is a supermarket just at the end of road (100m) There is a restaurant and the breakfast was pleasant Alcohol is sold but the pool bar is not operational
