I was assured pick up and drop from airport on app but hotel did not provide any drop facility and asked for additional LKR 2000. Basic service was missing like toothbrush and toothpaste Always we need to go and call for service

The hosts were truly amazing. At first, I completely misunderstood them, but they handled it so professionally. We were travelling with our seven‑year‑old, and when we requested transport, they arranged everything seamlessly. We did find some cheaper options, but the quality of the car and the level of service made it well worth it. When we return to Sri Lanka, even just transiting, we’ll definitely stay again.

Thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality, including complimentary drinks upon check-in! They even took us to the airport for a nominal fee! Airport pickup was free.
