We chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the airport. The location really is convenient for a short transit stay. The hotel offers airport pick-up service for a reasonable price.
The welcome was nice — they offered us a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, which was a pleasant touch.
The room itself had strong air-conditioning that worked very well, and the hair dryer had decent power.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
**Cleanliness was seriously substandard.**
- There was a visible layer of dust on the fan blades.
- Ants were crawling on the table and on the bed.
- We specifically asked to have the desk cleaned — the staff just wiped it with a dry cloth (no cleaning product), and the stains remained clearly visible.
- The bed sheets had very obvious stains when we checked in.
- The next morning we requested “make up the room” service. The housekeeper only made the bed — the floor was still covered in dust, nothing else was touched.
- Only about ¼ of a toilet paper roll was provided (no spare roll).
**Other issues:**
- Wi-Fi was practically unusable — very weak and constantly dropping.
- Most disturbing: at 8:30 am someone tried to open our door without knocking or announcing themselves. We were inside and had the chain on, but it was unsettling.
For a transit hotel that charges what it does, the level of housekeeping and attention to basic cleanliness is unacceptable.
I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it unless you literally have no other option and are prepared to overlook major cleanliness shortcomings.
