The main advantage is its proximity to Colombo Airport, about 8 km away. The hotel offers free airport pick-up, which is perfect for a one-night layover if you arrive late. The pick-up was prompt, and check-in was a breeze. The room had air conditioning. Of course, you can't compare it to a star-rated hotel, so it really depends on your needs.

Met my expectations and most important with pick up and drop off provided. Be remember to book with the hotel earlier coz their reply in very slow. Overall, good for transit and rest over .

Excellent service and clean environment

I booked this hotel specifically for the free airport pick up, especially that our flight arrived at 12am. Contact the management 4 days prior just to make sure that everything will go smoothly. The replies were dry and very rare. kept insisting if they would confirm the pick up or just at least tell me they couldn't, but received no response. When arrived to the airport, whatsapp number wasn't picking, and the number was unavailable. Had to pick a tuktuk to the hotel. When came the time to pay him, he tried to scam me by saying that I didn't give him the money, and instead of the staff there helping us, who are clearly tired from the long flight, they sided with him, i ended up giving him double the price, which i only realized once inside the room. And when I was asking the staff why they didn't respond to the calls.They just kept staring at me, and then rudely said to discuss the matter with the manager tomorrow morning. Beside the rude staff and unresponsive. the room was tidy and a bit clean. the pool looked nice but didn't get the chance to try. The hotel is located in a secluded place near the airport, so if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend it since airplanes are frequent and very loud.

Location is close to the airport with free airport pick up. Pool was lovely. Room was big. The bed was terrible. You could feel the springs and wire underneath you and on the side the springs were sticking out. No tea and coffee, although there was a kettle. There are no dining options other than the hotel.

This hotel is near hotel but actually not too near; quite hidden somewhere; at night it is just weird; Room is quite old and no constant hot shower - water pressure is unstable and temperature changes. Large room spacious but old; if you just need a place to sleep near the airport then not a bad choice for this price though

Great situation in close proximity to Colombo’s main airport, with a free shuttle to your flight. Gardens are extensive and well cared for. Friendly, helpful staff. Food better than average especially breakfast, which is western type.  Would stay here again. Recommended.

So bad that after I checked in, I thought I'd walked into a scam hotel...

The hotel is situated quite close to the airport. The driver patiently waited to pick us up after our flight was delayed 4 times. The room was huge and the toilet was so big too. To bad due to our flight delay we only manage to spend few hours. Otherwise the place was in a big garden with a pool. Beware of mosquitoes. Breakfast is not buffet but basic menu by request.

Pros: -Territory of the property is huge. Big garden and its all green. There is swimming pool also. -Big room as you can see in the video. One big bed and one small bed and lots of space in the room -Amenities such as small fridge and closet are available inside the room. -View to the garden and the pool. -Access to the garden from the room with sitting space is beautiful -Airport transfers are provided by hotel if you provide your flight details. -Totally worth the price as we booked it under $40. Cons: 
-Location is in the opposite direction from the airport to the city. If you have short stay in Colombo and you want to see Colombo as much as possible, the location is not great for you.
-Property is not in the great condition as aircondition was leaking and bidet shower was leaking as well

Despite confirming the airport transfer in advance (which was included), no one showed up to pick us up. We arrived by our own means in the middle of the night, with children and no assistance. The check-in process was completely disorganized. They failed to provide the rooms we had booked, and resolving the issue took a long time — in the early hours of the morning — which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.
