Jetwing Beach is lovely hotel. Right on the beach, good spacious rooms, with everything you need, very clean and good AC. Rooms over look the pool and beach which is nice to wake up to every morning. The staff are a credit to the hotel with fantastic service from house keeping to reception to pool attendants. Could not fault it. Food and Drinks are excellent too, try the Terrace Bar for cocktails you won’t be disappointed. Food is good value at the Beach / Pool Bar too Would definitely recommend this hotel if your coming to Negombo

I really should have stayed here more than one night. It has a few restaurants where the food and drinks are reasonably priced. There are a few pools to swim in and the hotel is right on the beach. It was a beautiful place.

The location is amazing, the beach is right in front of the hotel, the beach you can see from the hotel is so nice, I wanted to stay several nights.

Absolutely bad review! I have lived in this hotel for more than ten years, and this is my first bad review! The facilities are old, the light is dim, the elevator is broken and small, the swimming pool has become a place for crows to take a bath, there are no entertainment facilities, the suite that costs more than 3,000 yuan a night does not even have a toothbrush, the air conditioning is poor, the noise is very loud, and there are mosquitoes, which are very noisy all night! The breakfast has few varieties and tastes bad. To be honest, it is not worth 300 yuan.

The hotel is very good experience is very poor, After checking in, I learned that the price difference of the same room type in the same hotel on Qunar.com was as high as 675 yuan. The price of Qunar is 640 yuan, and the price of Ctrip is 1315 yuan. obviously**. There is another hotel booked, the operator of Qunar.com is Hecheng International (a company of Ctrip), and the price is actually lower than that of Ctrip's own website.

everything is fine! It's just that the hotel's own taxi is twice as heavy as Uber!

On a rainy night Samath, Ruwan and the rest of the catering team demonstrated excellent hospitality creating a warm and cosy dinner experience making the strom fade away! Best curries we've had, hotel stay is super cosy and the spa treatments are beyond expectations.

The jetting beach hotel is in a great location has everything you need including a well maintained pool to relax by in the sunny weather. However the resort is in need of a refresh. The staff however are friendly and very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay. Luxury Escapes - not meeting expectations as a luxury resort.

We only had a short stay at Jetwing Beach Hotel but thoroughly enjoyed our time. It is 15 minute tuk tuk to Negombo Town and very quiet at night being the off peak season in October. We found all the staff to be outstanding and incredibly responsive. Negodi and all restaurant staff were wonderful and despite some communication issues with English it all came together in the end. Although quite an old building it has a colonial feel and our room was clean and well serviced making it very comfortable with a large king bed. ! Thank you for a great experience

Thushantha and co were amazing the service was out of this world and the hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. Thank to all the staff for their help they went out of their way to accommodate me and every possible way Love my experience here and would stay here again .

Exceptional service & the warm welcome make your stay extra special Great staff that always serve with a lovely smile & very caring & attentive. The lovely young lady who checked us in was Professional, friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name. Great location and great views. Stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. Rooms need a bit of an update but very spacious & comfortable. I must say the shower room is a bit too dark with the dark paint. A big thank you goes to Kamal for looking after us during our stay. He was very attentive, kind, caring, helpful & Professional. He made sure that there's enough water for us everyday as that's what we requested on a daily basis. He always made sure that we have what we need daily. Keep it up Kamal. All staff are great, very hospitable, helpful, caring & kind. This wonderful & efficient team is managed & led by an outstanding general manager, Mr. Ravindra De Silva. Thank you Mr. De Silva. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Wow what a beautiful place on the sandy shores of Negombo beach. From the moment we arrived, the service was genuine and the staff were all so incredibly welcoming. Suite rooms are just beautiful with views and a fantastic outdoor bathroom. Our butler Robert ensured everything was perfect. I enjoyed a great abhyanga massage at the spa and the kids spent endless hours in the pool. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more of those breathtaking Indian Ocean sunsets!

Incredible settings with staff that go above and beyond. The hotel is lovely and clean as are the multiple pools. Rooms are well kept and maintained and are air conditioned for those who need to briefly escape the heat will definitely be returning.

Great location, lovely beach, staff were helpful. Room was comfortable for 3 adults. plenty of room. Lots to do and see around the local area. Lots of restaurants nearby if you want to eat out especially the Lords Restaurant. Hotel Buffet was good but only available if the hotel has more tourists. First day not a buffet breakfast but the second day a big group of school reunion ladies arrived so we had buffet the next morning which was good.
