"In my whole life and experience with hotels, this, never happened to me. The company we bought the trip from did discounts to a lot of isreali business companies and sent all of the groups to this specific hotel. And I guess the hotel workers didn't like that at all. I could write what my brother wrote on this hotel about the rooms being flooded in the rain and the horrible service at the hotel restaurant and the disgusting and limited breakfast every day but this is not what I'm writing this for. So here is the story: Every day we woke up at 7:00, went to eat at 8:00 and at 9:00 till 21:00 we were out of the hotel touring all of italy. Everything was fine until the 3rd day. On the 3rd day, we came back to our room to the smell of feces in the bathroom and stains on the toilet. (I remind you, we were all day outside). At first we decided to ignore this because maybe one of us in the morning forgot to clean after himself. It was just so horrible to think that someone was in our room using the toilet so we thought that. But then the next day again. And the day after, again. And again. And again. And again. On the final day, we came back to blood on the toilet. That was the final straw. We didn't say nothing to the hotel staff because the would call us crazy and laugh at us."
