The hotel is very, very clean. I was on the 3rd floor which did not have refrigerators. In the room or a hot and cold water outside in the waiting area. For you to get for drinking period but overall the place is very very nice And very safe

First time in Bacolod. Seamless check in and check out. Location wise - lots of restaus and cafes nearby. Ayala mall also near. There’s also a restau downstairs. - serves good food too. Have laundry service as well.

Aircon is good and location ,though you need yo walk a bit from the main road but it isnt that inconvenient.maybe about 10 minute walk from the hotel to a nearby mc donald.. Pi

- The Room was Good, but the television is not working. But overall, the experience was amazing 🥰 there’s WiFi, and Hot & Cold Shower 🚿, The aircondition was great and it really cold the room. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. GOD Blessed.

The air con was not really working that well, no (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap nor shampoo was there) like indicated in the e-receipt. The service was not really that urgent when it comes to costumer’s needs but overall, it’s good for the price. I hope the service will be much more attentive.

Pros Good water pressure and hot water consistent. Next to SM next to 7/11 and other 24 hr food options Good for 1/2 nights at most. Provided toothbrush, bar of soap and water bottles. Cons Wifi does not reach my room on 4th floor. So relied on my data. Saw some bugs crawling around Always a bad smell in the toilet as maybe some ventilation issues Area not the safest to walk around at night. No laundry options but lots of laundrettes nearby.

The room we booked was really good for a group of at least 8 pax. With 4 double-deck beds with basic pillow, blanket and towel provided. This is good for group business trips where you spend most of your time outside the hotel. Place is clean. No amenities really. I will definitely book here everytime I am in Bacolod with my group.

Verry nice good assist for staff

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were good, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
